Add a drop down on Safety notices to include Subcontractors company names

We would really like a drop down on the primary page of Safety notices so that when our subcontractors upload their daily PTP's, it can be organized by subcontractor instead of being convoluted in the system. Adding a "Custom Field" on a secondary page is not helpful and does not allow for easy search or grouping.
