Add option to sort PCOs numerically

When creating a Custom Field in any module, the field is set to editable (green checkmark) in Security Roles > Fields. This should not be editable by Default. Entered upon request by Wynn.


The Portoflio Admin should be flagged everytime a custom field is created that ‘THIS FIELD WILL BE EDITIABLE FOR ALL SECURITY ROLES WITH ACCESS TO THIS MODULE” Additionally, it would be ideal if at this screen you get a bottom section that shows you all your security roles in that portfolio and gives you the option to select Edit, view or none for each role when creating the custom field.
