    Allow Group Assignment to RFI and Courtesy Copy

    When an RFI is received, its laborious to assign individually. If one could assign an RFI to a 'Design Team' Group, or courtesy copy meeting minutes to 'Contract Team', 'and Design Team', this would be helpful.

    T&C Field or Notes Field in the Purchase Order form

    The Purchase Order form catches 90% of what we need but a place to enter the Terms and Conditions is missing. Even a Notes or Memo field where we could type in the information would be helpful.

    The text box where email text is written for issuing RFIs has only 2 lines visible. It would be helpful for this to be expandable or at least bigger. Approx. 5 or more lines would be helpful for bullets, longer text, etc.
