Punch Item: Have the ability to create a punch list and assign each item to different assignees
Instead of creating multiple punch items for each subcontractor, it would be beneficial to create one punch list and assign to multiple assignees at one time, similar to the checklist that has the assignee and comment function for each line item.

Add ability to have a drawing reference on side text (like the callout number) be picked up in scan, and hyperlinked to the referenced drawing.
