Include subcontractor documents to Application for Payments

Use Case: Need to include 60 sub contract invoices in the Application for Payment and ALL documents (releases, waivers etc.) as the supporting documentation on that Application for Payment. Right now, it is very time consuming to go into 60 contract invoices file folders in order to attach all of those individually.
