    Add ability to have a drawing reference on side text (like the callout number) be picked up in scan, and hyperlinked to the referenced drawing.

    For example, if there is text in a side note, like "extinguisher plans are on A6.01", then the A6.01 should link to a drawing with the same number if the drawing exists.
