Make the Add Hoc tab in the custom view window across all projects like the Custom view is by default.

Currently when you make a custom view in a data form, that view is available across all projects you have access too per the help. There is a Add Hoc tab in this custom view settings window which is only "Data Level" and does not share to other projects for the user "per the help." This is confusing with the Add Hoc settings contained in a feature that is across projects. Please consider these changes going across the projects the user has access too, as they would with the custom view.
