Add Assignments by importing Excel file (Punch List, for example)

This is what I suggest: Edit the Excel file we export from Project Sight (for example, Punch List or RFIs) in order to have the following columns:
Assigned To
Courtesy Copies
By doing so, I believe that once imported into Project Sight, the Open Assignments would be automatically filled.
Indeed, the current issue is: When I import an Excel file into Project Sight, for example into Punch list items, I cannot add Assignments automatically. I would like that the Open Assignments were automatically uploaded to each item.
For the moment, this does not appear to be possible. It is a serious loss of time if I have to go over each item to add Assignments.
