Drawing Annotation History

Currently, there is no way to track the history of annotations that are made on a Drawing. Similar to the other modules, users will want to track who created an annotation and when.

Add Responsible Company to RFI info panel

The RFI information panel should include an option to enter Responsible Company (just like the submittals). A lot of RFIs come directly from subcontractors and its beneficial to see where the question came from. Makes for better tracking as well
