Drawing Annotation History

Currently, there is no way to track the history of annotations that are made on a Drawing. Similar to the other modules, users will want to track who created an annotation and when.

    Please also provide record of deleted annotation history. Currently any deleted annotations are completely deleted like they never existed. Annotations are deleted because they have to be filtered each time a drawing is viewed and changing sheets automatically resets the filter to show all.
