Request User Information Update

Since even admins can't currently control the contact information for ProjectSight users, I propose that you add a feature for us to be able to send a request to selected users to have them update their information. The user would receive an email (allow sender to control verbiage) requesting the user to fill in missing information on their user profile. We should be able to select what fields we want them to fill in.

Right now, most users we invite are not filling out anything on the user profiles leading to our database being full of holes and our directory becoming useless as a result. This is a major annoyance of the system for us.

Full control would be best, but if it isn't going to be an option for us, a simple email request to users would help to fill in the blanks would help.
