    Renaming a Project - Trimble Connect

    Currently, if you rename a project it does not alter the project name in Trimble Connect which could lead to misuse of a Trimble Connect project. When renaming a project please allow for the Trimble Connects project name to auto-update.

    If a user's license is removed, all of their work stays in tact.

    If a user's license is removed, all of their work stays in tact. Right now, if you remove someone's license, all of their work including project creation goes with it.

    Drawings to Automatically Show Current Set

    Allow Photo Album Reports

    We send progress reports to owners with photos and descriptions. If we create these as albums, it would be very beneficial to allow a report to be printed, from the album or selected photos, that we can then customize for our needs.

    Scheduled Auto Email Reports Across Portfolio

    Currently, you can print a report for various Document Control items (Action Items, RFIs, Issues) that spans every project in a portfolio. It would be very helpful for this to be a scheduled auto report like with individual projects.

    Change Order Request Should Have Draft Status

    Link Companies in ProjectSight to Vista

    Make linking companies bi-directional. We can link companies that are in Vista to ProjectSight, but if a company is created in ProjectSight it cannot be linked to Vista.

    Meeting Minutes - Portfolio Templates or Import/ Export

    We have a few standard meetings that need to be set up for each project. The process of creating these meetings for each project is time-wasting when it can be simply automated. Please consider an import/export or templates similar to checklists.
