We need to be able to edit the PCO assignment and copy e-mail

We need the ability to either edit the PCO assignment and copy auto-generated emails, or the values reflected in the email need to be removed. Presently, the e-mail contains estimated figures. We have certain stakeholders who may be assigned or copied on the PCO that do not need to see the cost figures. If any figure were shown, it should be the revenue figure.
