Template Records on Template Project

Add the ability to populate template records like meeting minutes and/or action items so an import/export is not required on each job.

Back option when navigating with callouts

When viewing drawings and then navigating to a detail via the "callout" hyperlink, one needs to be able to hit a "back" or previous view button to go back to the original drawing that contained the hyperlink and continue reviewing that page.

Clean up Drawing Mark-ups for RFI's

Mark-ups on RFI's need to have ability to have the tag shown or hidden, currently each mark up has a tag to it which when publish makes the drawing and mark-up area very congested and gets in the ways of RFI information.
