Currently, you have 1 main contact associated with each company. Therefore when filling out a company field on a purchase order, transmittal, contract, and/or other module records it selects the main contact automatically. This makes it an extra step to remove that contact and select a new one. Is there a way we can make it so there are no main contacts auto-selected? When importing contacts if you select all contacts as no for the main contact field. It auto defaults to the first contact for that company. Leading to module records requiring the user to remove the contact. Please allow for the ability for a main contact to not be chosen.
Yes, for larger companies such as state I dont need everything directed to chris liberta when I'm dealing with one of his PM's for example.
We need the ability to add and change the main contact. During tending for example or precon the main contact for sign off is likely to be an executive or director level, as the project progresses the main contact may be delegated to others.
