Distribution Lists in Courtesy Copies Field

We would like the ability to quickly add all members from a distribution list by showing the distribution lists in the pop-up contact selector. Clicking a distribution list should add all the lists contacts.

Is there a way that the system will allow us to sort Change Order Request by Open Assignments? Currently we are not able to sort by that feature.

More Prominent Verbiage on Due Date and Past Due Reminders

When the new reminder emails were initiated this past week they caused some issues with clients as they did not notice that they were just reminder emails. Could the text be bold and maybe bigger for "Due Date Reminder" or "Past Due Reminder"?

Ad Hoc View Print/Report Matches On-Screen View

When creating a custom/ad hoc view where it can be grouped by any available field, the printed/report view should reflect what is seen on web where the "Grouped By" field is bolded AND has the number count

Uniformity in inputting contact info into Companies & Contacts

Preset capital letters for first and last names. Preset hyphens in phone numbers Allow Admin to edit contact info (update email addresses, etc)

Upload files to COR

Be able to add COR's from subcontractors so when the report is printed, all paperwork is attached.

Ability to have Vertical Text Boxes in Drawings

Some Text box mark ups could benefit from being Vertical (not just horizontal). Specifically when trying to replace or overwrite existing Vertical text
