Separate display address in lines for use in legal documents or other forms

When creating reports, sometimes the address needs to be separated out into the lines of:

Address 1

Address 2

Address 3

City, State and Zip

Right now, with the current data sets, the display address shows up as a string of text, which is difficult to split into multiple lines.
