iPad - add the ability to add multiple images to the same markup annotations

When adding an image on the ipad to a drawing markup I want the ability to add more than one image to the markup.

Drawings - Set Annotations to Public by Default

Currently all annotations start as "Private". It would be great if we had an option to default the visibility to "Public" for all annotations.

Please separate Create Users and Create Companies from requiring project and portfolio access

We do not want to give Project Settings and Portfolio Settings to our users but in order to add new users to a project, we have to give the Project Settings. If we want users to be able to import new users, we have to give them Portfolio Settings....

In the PCCO History, if a PCO is added or deleted from the record, it simply states that a PCO was added / deleted, but does not specify which PCO. We need to see specifically which PCO was added / deleted.
