Photo Management - Image Size

It would be great if there was a way to manage photo size within ProjectSight so that when they appear in reports they are not larger than the reports themselves.

A second option would be to just enforce a specified size so that pictures print two or four to a page.

    This is a pretty basic idea that should be an option for every report type
