Add Responsible Company to RFI info panel

The RFI information panel should include an option to enter Responsible Company (just like the submittals). A lot of RFIs come directly from subcontractors and its beneficial to see where the question came from. Makes for better tracking as well

Meeting Minutes Module Should Have Project Name in Meeting Invites

When creating a meeting and sending the invites or when sending the meeting minutes, include the Project Name in the Subject Line of the email. Same thing for Email Notifications like Submittal Emails and RFI Emails.

Sorting "By" fields should have a search bar

When clicking the scroll menu to sort Submittals or RFIs by Author or Assigned to, etc. there should be a search bar above the scroll menu so you don't have to scroll through 5000 employees company wide.
