Add Transmittals & Correspondence in Projectsight
Companies uses transmittals for all sorts of records, not just submittals. Very important in the workflow is using transmittals to create and send closeout documents. They also use them when sending contracts/change orders.
One of the main reasons transmittals are so important is to have an official record that the "To" company received the documents. Not sure if this needs to be a separate ER, but they need some way to show receipt, more than just the history tab showing an assignment or a sent record. Whether this is done by including a stamping workflow with tracking as to anything not "received" that needs follow-up, or maybe with Docusign, the idea is they need proof of receipt.
