Delete Associated Annotations and File Library Items when you Delete a Record

Currently when a user deletes a RFI (for example) if there are any annotations linked in the Drawings module those annotations are not deleted, instead they remain as remnant annotations without a link. Similarly if the records contained attachments that prompted the creation of a folder in the File Library, this too remains as a remnant and is not deleted. This is an issue that we continue to see occur usually with first time users of the platform or in some cases where records are created and the team realizes that there is no longer a need for the record. In these cases when the team attempts to delete the record, all associated annotations and folders for the record should be deleted. This could be prompted with a message to the user saying "Would you like to delete all drawing annotations and File Library folders associated with this record?" . This idea would help project teams keep the annotations and folders up to date with the most current records in the modules - this issue is currently leading to confusing annotations and folders for records that technically no longer exist.
