ContractInvoiceItems Data Group with ContractInvoices

The Contract Invoice Record shows calculated fields that pull from the Contract Invoice Items. This is great when you are looking at the record itself but when trying to report on this information in a sub report the information at both levels is needed in a single subreport. And as Construction Companies love their Custom Fields can it also capture any Custom fields?

My goal is to create a Contract Summary Log that also includes relevant Contract Invoice Information.

Target Option:

Add a ContractInvoiceItems datagroup that includes ContractInvoices.* (to pick up the UDFs) and each field in ContractInvoiceItems excluding UDFs (since we have to explicitly enumerate the fields, we can't include UDFs for both CI and CII).

Would Be Great If:

Add a ContractInvoiceItems datagroup that includes ContractInvoiceItems.* (to pick up the UDFs) and each field in the ContractInvoices excluding UDFs. This would be for future use where udfs are needed on the CII.
