Enhancement description:

Similar to the transaction history shown when you click a budget code, color code the columns on the budget screen.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make it easy to see Budget vs. Cost columns

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

With so many columns, the budget screen becomes hard to keep track of where you are. Color coding would make it faster and easier to read for everyone.
