Ability to sync multiple projects at once and allow them to sync in the background. If one project is synced, a user should be able to work on it while the other projects are syncing.

Syncing can take a very long time sometimes and it prevents you from using it at all while it syncs. This is frustrating to the point that nobody will use it in the fast pace of a job site.
