Scheduling iPad sync during off hours

Due to the extended time required to complete the sync on the table app (blue app) - it would be helpful if the user could schedule the sync to be completed during some time especially during off hours.

      This has been fixed on the new white app, and since we are planning to retire the old blue app, we will not build this feature onto the blue app. Users are able to download and use the white app now.
