Forecast Month needs to be editable to match accounting rules and month-end closures or being behind and needing to back-date
When creating cost forecasts we may be behind due to many different reasons. If we need to enter an April forecast and it's already well into May, we may need to back-date the forecast month (or start on a new one early).

Change status for multiple cost issues in change orders & potential change orders
There should be an option when to be able to select multiple cost issues with PCO's & COR's to change their status' at the same time. If I have 5 cost issues I need to mark as approved, I should be able to select those five and change them all...

We need Revenues from Contract Items (Revenue Codes) to show on Budget Screen
Currently we enter our revenues as Contract Items on a Prime Contract to the client which are linked to a Revenue Code which then links it to a Budget Code. Since we use Vista these are all brought in from Vista and we bill to the client in Vista....
