Drawing Symbols

Add the ability for users to be able to upload custom symbols. Examples include sink, pipe, duct, plumbing fittings, telecom and electrical symbols. Similar to bluebeam so they can make markups with common symbols and do not have to recreate the same symbol over and over again.
