Notification log

Enhancement description: Administrators need a way to see a historical log of notifications sent out on a project by project basis. This log should contain the user, email, and subject at minimum. Email body and attachments would be helpful too. Ideally an indicator if the email was successfully sent or not too. (Sendgrid has an API to query this).

What are we trying to accomplish? Allow administrators to see what emails are being sent, or not being sent.

How is the lack of functionality affecting us? There are instances where emails or notifications are being sent by mistake to contacts that should not be receiving them for legal reasons or otherwise. Being able to confirm this and know which emails were sent is very important.

Suggested implementation: Have a Project Admin area in settings where a full historical log of sent notifications are located.

Describe any workarounds? None.

It is very frustrating that we cant understand the backend server work to know what happens in the interactions that subs get for our projects. It is also critical to not have a matter escalate to a lawsuit if the sub is suggesting that they did not receive a notice.

Cannot there be a history tab for all backend server correspondence for every job?

To make it even more comprehensive, having a log of time spent and windows/downloads accessed/performed by all that accessed my project would be great too!
