    Add the possibility to track checklistitem assignments.

    If a checklist item needs a follow-up, you can assign this item to a person. Only there is no way to track if this assignment has been followed up. Please add assignments from checklist items better traceable.

    Support Tickets

    It would be helpful to see all open support tickets in the Resource Center under Contact Support. This would help to avoid users contacting support for the same issue and allow to more easily follow up on open tickets.
