Auto generate a rotating schedule of toolbox talks assigned to foremen/superintendents company wide on a weekly basis.

This would be useful to track that toolbox talks are being performed on active jobs and that the company knows which are being discussed.

We use submittal packages for all product data and shop drawings and would like contractors to view packages and not register on behalf of project submital distribution and tracking
