Annotations in Drawing sets

Annotations can be done just to published drawings. It would be very useful to have the same annotation tools in the Drawing Sets module, in order to point issues before publishing.

Text Highlight Options for Meeting Minutes Item Descriptions

There are currently no text highlight options when you enter meeting minutes item descriptions. The ability to highlight (bold, underline, color) text will allow the entrant to call out things of particular importance and updates.

Keep module colors the same through "Due" items widgets

PDF Markup When Opening From Record

Currently, when you open a pdf in the file library, it allows you to do simple markups such as text, freehand drawing, signatures, and highlighting. However, this is not available when you open up pdfs directly from a record.

Subcontract Reports need to display the period Contract amount plus the Subcontract change order (SCO)

The current SCO standard reports display the current contract value despite the current period selected. We would expect the report to display the contract amount for the period of the SCO plus the changes.
