Create Private and Public Budget Views

For certain tasks like forecasting, you want to see many columns, but for others like simple budget vs committed with over/unders, you only want to see a few columns. Having to remove the re-add columns each time is time consuming.


We'd like to be able to setup a few "recommended" views and save those as public yet allow each user to setup their own private users with the columns they need and ordered the way they want.
