    Mass email option to all parties listed on job

    It would be great to be able to send a mass email to the entire contact list. This would help in sending emails to all project particiaptes rather than having to copy their contact from project sight into outlook.

    Punch items report file names need to use shorter field than description to prevent bad file paths
