Adding unregistered users in Portfolio settings User should have a note that the user needs to add an account.

A number of Admins and users seem to be unclear that an account needs to be made for new users to Projectsight. Could we add a note or Tool tip reminding Admins creating users in the Users section? If a first and last name has to be typed then this user will need to create an account.
