    Create a COR from a PCO

    In order to link a PCO to COR you have to leave the PCO module and go to the COR module. It would be nice to be in the PCO and be able to directly create a COR instead having to flip through the modules

    Provide setting to set cost values to no decimal point for client's that do not use cents.

    Provide a setting in Portfolio or Project settings that sets values to no decimal point. Currently the decimal is set to 2 spaces without any way of modifying. Some clients do not use cent with their business.
