    A feature in security roles to add a security group to all existing and future projects without admin privileges.

    This would mimic the the portfolios administrator ability to gain access to every job however without any of the admin access you would normally get.

    Be able to add photo as a resolution to Action Items

    Because there is no work around for editing pdfs or adding signatures, snapping a screenshot after a markup could be a resolution. Currently you can only add the file as an additional document but not as the resolution.

    Need to be able to customize reports and forms within the software without having to export to and import from Crystal Reports similar to Prolog Manager. Would also be good to have forms and reports similar to Prolog Manager.

    Copy & Paste Drawing Annotations

    Sometimes an RFI/ASI/Sketch will affect multiple locations on a drawing. It would be very nice to have the ability to copy and paste annotations, so that you don't have to go through the linking and style settings repeatedly.
