Add ability to view / filter Submittals with individual Assignments & due dates under each submittal in all records view.

Client, wants to be able to view the folks assigned along with the due dates on the All submittals view. Currently those fields are not available in the field pick list and not an option to filter beyond the states. It would be most helpful to just list those assigned under each submittal.
