Change the location of the "Chat with us" Button

The location of the "Chat with us" Button covers the Save button when users edit file/folder names. Consider moving this to the Help section, or on the top ribbon near settings. Yes, the message can be moved, however, every time we close the browser or restart our computer, the ribbon moves to the original space at the lower right (over top of the save button).
