One must login to submit a new idea. The bottom of the new idea entry requires Submitted by Name________________ and Submitted by Company. Why can't this info be retrieved from the login data?

Company XSD with Insurance Table

We need a Company XSD with Insurance Information so that reports can be written to find companies with no insurance.

Allow submittal log and RFI log as an option when linking a record (such as linking the submittal and RFI logs to meeting minutes).

That way when we're creating meeting minutes, we can automatically link the submittal log and RFI log, which are typically reviewed during progress meetings.

Provide Browser support for iPADS, so additional forms are available through an iPAD.

Mark ups/drawings on Photos

Ability to annotate/draw/stamp on photos attached throughout ProjectSight. Create a Stamp Tool(similar to a tool on the drawings): with a time stamp, today's date/date, arrow(s), text box etc.

Ability To generate a Quick Response (QR) code for any record in ProjectSight, in order to quickly locate a record, or record new information/location.

When updating a drawing set, add a warning for when the Drawing size of the new sheet does not match the previous version.

Occsionally our teams upload updated drawings that are provided in different sizes depending on the submission. In the latest example our sets were 30x42 but the GC accidently provided 8.5x11. When our team updated the drawing set, ALL links were ...

Daily Reports - Labor Tracking by Company

Users would like the ability to determine the level of tracking by Company rather than by projects. Example: Self-performed work would be tracked at a detailed level while trades would be at a more general level.
