Adding a Closed Status for old versions of submittals

While we are going through the submittal process we occasionally get some submittals that are needed to be revised. Once the new revision of submittal has been uploaded the original submittal or rejected submittal should be closed because there is a new revision. There is currently not a option to select a closed status for a old revision. This will help on filtering the status of the submittals.
