Similar to Prolog please provide a field to tag submittal packages with the author company information. You already included Author Package Number - one doesn't make sense without the other. The spec section, Type, Created On, Due Date, Importance...

Ability to bulk update submittal status in submittal package

it is possible to select all package items but not to bulk change the status or date fields based on the selection. In a package with multipe submittals every package has to be updated individually

The default font in the email text box is Times New Roman size 11 (?). The default font size is in between the 10 pt and 12 pt. It would be helpful to be able to set the default font and not have to edit the font in the text box.

The text box where email text is written for issuing RFIs has only 2 lines visible. It would be helpful for this to be expandable or at least bigger. Approx. 5 or more lines would be helpful for bullets, longer text, etc.
