Integrate future Material Tracking/Bidding module with EC3 Tool

There is a new construction carbon emissions tool recently released to beta developed by Skanska and Microsoft called EC3(https://buildingtransparency.org). It is free and open-source including a RESTful API (https://api-ui.cqd.io). A quick summary is that it takes a list of materials and dimensions then estimates the carbon footprint depending on the source it is bought from. From there it can help companies find better sources for materials based on location, price, and carbon emissions.

Having a way to not only import material data from Projectsight to EC3, but to have the EC3 data import into Projectsight Material Tracking and Cost/bidding modules would prove invaluable and informative to project managers, GCs, and Owners. This would help large projects make better carbon friendly choices when selecting material sources and sellers.
