Add link to detailed item in transmittal tool

There is a disconnect between the detailed items in the transmittal and the attachments. It would be beneficial to link the document to the detail item in a transmittal to make sure that there is no confusion with documents in the transmittal.

Ad-Hoc Reporting to Include Status Colors in Report

Currently Ad-Hoc reports will show the status column in the reports but does not show the color associated with that status. Visually, it's easier to distinguish statuses in the summary reports when you can also see the colors.
