Please integrate PCOs for Contracts (Type = Purchase Order) to Vista's PO Change Orders
For long term rentals and lump sum purchases for concrete and rebar, entering them as regular Purchase Orders won't allow any additional items to be added if the rental is extended or additional supply is needed. Since these are large purchases, we need to keep the original PO number. We do not want to create new POs for extended rentals etc.
If we enter them as a Purchase Order Type on a Contract, this allows us to create PCOs for the extensions, however, that data doesn't hit Vista, so we cannot invoice or bill for it. We'd have to manually enter these into Vista as a PO Change Order.
