On Budget View, freeze pane is on Budget Code column, user should have the ability to customize

Freeze pane is permanent on the Budget Code column which users are not familiar with Budget Code, to include the Description column offers more information

Need to be able to print current drawings in one pdf file in the order you have them sorted on the screen with a cover sheet listing current drawings

Currently when downloaded it creates separate pdf files out of order so a lot of work is required to combine them and sort in the correct order to send out to subs.
