Enhancement description: Request SendGrid to not make the decision to block users after an email bounce.

What is the customer trying to accomplish? The client has a spam filter that blocks emails with attachments. When the email is blocked, it sends a bounce back to Sendgrid. Sendgrid then blocks the email address from receiving further emails.

Users needs to continue to receive emails especially those that do not contain attachments.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business? Users are missing a lot of emails until they reach out to support and request for removal from the blocked list. This is happening on a daily basis and it is time consuming to call support for each incident.

Suggested implementation: Sendgrid must not block users after an email bounce.
