Add Groups to Specification Sets

Some projects may have multiple specs with duplicated spec sections. Add a Group to the Specification Sets module similar to the Drawing Sets module.

Ability to Import Purchase Order Catalog

Need to be able to print current drawings in one pdf file in the order you have them sorted on the screen with a cover sheet listing current drawings

Currently when downloaded it creates separate pdf files out of order so a lot of work is required to combine them and sort in the correct order to send out to subs.

Copy Capabilities
