Form builder / form creation

People would like to build their own forms especially when it comes to bigger projects. Logs, which are not typical on every project. Letter log, survey log... etc. Request was heard from Manhattan, Dragados, Flatiron.

Ability to change record numbers after they have been saved

Ability to change record numbers after they have been saved. I assume the record ID is the primary key, so I'm not sure why the number can't be changed.
