Checklist - if item is "Atten Required" prompt user to create an Non Conformance or Quality issue.

We would like more accountability on the checklist items, so a prompt to create a Issue, Non Conformance, Quality item would help create records for higher accountability.

    Our prior solution gave you the option to auto-generate Non-Compliance Issues for Failed Checklists items. You could then report and follow up on those failures. Currently in PS that important information is hard to access with no means to report on them.
